  Had semi truck parking. Great food...mmm steak and shrimp. ..mmmm brought back good memories thank you!

  I can't chew so I enjoy bonanza for their soft perogies and other items on the salad bar. Today (a Thursday 5:00-5:30pm) they did not have more than 9 old and flimsy perogies on the salad bar and after my husband filled his last order (hoping they would refill with fresh ones for me) they did not fill the order. Even at the 5:30 supper rush when we left it was still empty. My husband ordered the chicken monteray. It arrived with a pink center and pink juices. The manager said he would "throw it back on the grill..." And took it away. When it came back about 2 minutes later it smelled burnt, had double the sauce was on the same plate with the now cold fries and was STILL uncooked. When he told the manager he couldn't eat it, the manager asked "what was wrong with it?" When we said it wasn't cooked the manager said "well ya it was pink the first time" to which I said, "it's still pink!" And my husband asked him to take it away as he couldn't trust it. Poor service and food handling. I was also under the impression we are to grab one of the green plates for second or third buffet trips but saw several patrons using their original plate, as there are no signs posted. We will not return.
