The food is pretty good but waited a long time to get it

Worst customer service ever. I waited in line patiently with 2 young kids while cashier huddled over the other cashier doing nothing. Then she served a group of mouthy teens ahead of me. When I called her on it she refused to acknowledge me. I asked for help from another two cashiers they both refused to help me. I had no choice but to walk out. The cashier then told me to go to Macdonalds. Wow. I have no words for this disrespectful service. There needs to be a manager in.place.
