  Mitsu not only has beautiful decor but it has a warm& cozy atmosphere.The staff are very friendly& hospitable. The food&drinks are awesome. They have some gifts you can buy or you can browse upstairs in the furniture store.Whether your using WiFi, playing cards,having meetings,reading,visiting with friends or even just relaxing its a great place to be. I really enjoy it.I'm there every chance I get.

  My experiences here have all been great. The atmosphere and staff make for a very tranquil environment. I would recommend this place to anyone, but particularly those who are looking to sit down and have sizable snack with their drink. There are also several beautiful knick knacks to purchase or look at while you wait for your food. Pros: peaceful atmosphere, delicious food, speedy tasty drinks, wide and interesting drink options. Cons: smallish drink sizes (medium=12oz large=16), quiet humming heard from the fridge.

  Loved the food, sweetest lady serving us but I'm sorry... the service was abysmal. Took our drink order then had to interrupt to get a food order in. Got our food (just a 'first order' as I'd mentioned when we ordered) and she never came back. Waited 30m for her to return, brought food for other tables around, took additional orders for those tables... never came to ours in spite of empty plates and dishes. I finally got up (been there 1:15 at this point) and paid my bill. I would have ordered more but she never came. Took that long for soup, an order of sashimi and one roll (for 3 ppl). Loved the food we did get, but won't ever go back.

  Cute Japanese Cafe! Amazing bubble teas and deserts! I little expensive. Seating is okay.
